Passed peacefully away at Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavillion, Carbonear on May 15, 2024, Annie Rita Button of Lead Cove, age 100 years.
Predeceased by loving husband: Ananias; son: Alexander; parents: Stephen and Elizabeth Eddy; brothers: Edward, George, Alexander, Archibald, William, George, James, and Wesley.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, where our lives began and the love we shared will never end, three daughters: Selena (Edwin-deceased) Ellis, Anita (Fern-deceased) Richard, and Ivy (Clarence) Bursey; three sons: Ronald (Gertie), Clyde (Sandra), and Terry; fourteen grandchildren: Sandra, Wade, Colleen, Glenda, Janice, Dwayne, Paula, Michele, Craig, Colin, Curtis, Stephen, Nicole, and Robert; thirty-one great-grandchildren; two great-great- grandchildren; sister-in-law: Eva Eddy; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation at Bethel United Church, Sibley's Cove on Thursday, May 16 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, May 17 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, May 18 form 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Funeral service to take place on Saturday, May 18 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethel United Church, Sibley's Cove.
Interment in Bethel United Cemetery, Sibley's Cove.
