ASH, Cora E. (nee Ellsworth) - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, December 30, 2011, Cora E. Ash of Carbonear, age 61 years. Predeceased by husband: Augustus 'Gus'; father: Albert Ellsworth; brothers-in-law: Bert Payne and Jacob Payne. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Beverley (Glen) Trickett, Broad Cove and Denise (Jonathan) Pederson, Regina, Sask; mother: Rose Ellsworth, Springdale; two grandchildren: Hayley and Caleb; sisters: Mary Payne, Rocky Harbour, Regina Ellsworth, Norris Point and Sheila Maynard, Woody Point; brothers: Douglas, Gander, Eric, Victoria, Hughie, London, ON and Mark (Margaret), Fort McMurray, AB; brothers-in-law: David (Marilyn) Ash, Mount Pearl and Gord (Debbie) Ash, Victoria; Eric Green, Heart's Content; sisters-in-law: Lina (Sidney) Payne and Gloria (Norman) Peddle, both of Heart's Content; special friends: Ingham and Denise Blundell, Carbonear; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear after 7:00 p.m. Saturday. Funeral service to take place on Monday, January 2 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Carbonear.
