Predeceased by husband: Joseph; sister: Doris Elston. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Karen (Randy) Wheadon, Mexico; one grandson: Benjamin, Winnipeg, MB; also a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, March 16 at 2:00 p.m. from Memorial United Church, Burnt Point. Interment in the United Church Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the SPCA, St. John's.
