BUTT, Gertrude R. - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Saturday, September 14, 2013, Gertrude R. Butt of Carbonear, age 73 years. Predeceased by parents: Harold and Bridget King. Leaving to mourn, husband: Hayward; two sons: Wade (Gail), Ontario and Brian (Mary), Carbonear; daughter-in-law: Sharon Murphy, Carbonear; six grandchildren: Chad (Jackie), Brad (Amanda), Inga, Amanda, Adam and Aimee; four great-grandchildren: Krystal, Sarah, Chloe and Kyley; one brother: John (Bridget) King, St. John's; two sisters: Eloise (Glen) Hynes, Mount Pearl and Marilyn (Dave) Puddicombe, St. John's; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear after 7:30 p.m. tonight Sunday. Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, September 17 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
