BUTT, Harry - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, October 18, 2012, Harry Butt of Carbonear formerly of Swift Current, age 88 years. Predeceased by parents: Kenneth and Cecilia Butt; sisters: Eileen, Jean and Doris. Leaving to mourn, wife: Viola; one daughter: Betty (Stanley) Evans, Swift Current; one son: Spencer (Jacqueline), St. John's; four grandchildren: Paul (Carla), Suzanne (Kerri), Kenneth and Brittany; four great-grandchildren: Jenna, Sarah, Evan and Kaitlyn; two brothers: Chancey (Nellie) and Norman (Earla), both of Swift Current; one sister: Marjorie, California; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at the United Church, Swift Current on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, October 22 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Swift Current.
