VERGE, Herb - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, November 29, 2013, Herb Verge of Harbour Grace, age 68 years. Predeceased by parents: Herbert and Hazel; brother: Wayne (Frances). Leaving to mourn, wife: Enid; three sons: Randy (Karen), Torbay, Stephen (Natalie), Harbour Grace South and Herbie (Natasha), Harbour Grace; four grandchildren: Amanda (Brad), Darcelle, John and Julia; great-grandson: Braydon; brother: Hubert (Mary), Harbour Grace; members of the Newman Family; special friends: Jerome and Ruby Connors, Wally Follett, Shawn Vaters and Trevor Pike, all of Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. At Herb's request, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Monday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, December 3 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church Restoration Fund.
