STEPHENSON, Jean G.- Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Thursday, October 11, 2007, Jean G. Stephenson of Victoria, age 82 years. Predeceased by parents: George and Sophie Snow; son-in-law: Ben Evely; sister: Mary Follett; brothers: Leonard Snow, Max Snow and Tom Snow. Leaving to mourn, husband: William; four daughters: Rosalie Evely, Brampton, ON, Mary (Graham) Ashton, Williams Lake, BC, Donna (Perry) Burden, Woody Point and Shirley (Tony) White, Carbonear; eight grandchildren: Suzanne (Dave), Jennifer (Chris), Jason (Jamie), Aimie (Dan), Craig, Chad, Aaron and Zachary; five great-grandchildren; three brothers: Job (Sadie) Snow, Victoria, Fred Snow, Dildo and Reginald Snow, Cupids; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carboenar until 12:00 noon Sunday, October 14. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
