Predeceased by parents: Joseph and Julia; brothers: Charles and Joseph; sisters: Lavina and Marion; infant granddaughter: Christi Ann Spracklin; father-in-law: Austin Roberts. Leaving to mourn, wife: Lorette; two daughters: Christina (David) Spracklin, Clarke's Beach and Charlene Squibb, Carbonear; three sons: Steven (Bernice Chafe), St. John's, David (Rhoda), Bunyan's Cove and Jason, Carbonear; eight grandchildren: Stephen, Tylor, Brooke, Jordan, Rodney, Tapanga, Joshua and Madison; three brothers: Harold (Sandra) and Lloyd (Colleen McCarthy), both of Carbonear and Edsel (Jean), Bishop's Cove; nephew/brother: Rodney (Peggy) Squibb, St. Lawrence; three sisters: Gladys (George) Crane, Thickett, Harbour Grace, Marion (Gordon) Hancock, Brampton, ON and Ruby (Terry) Vokey, Harbour Grace; parents-in-law: Cecil and Sadie Osmond, Carbonear; brothers-in-law: Cecil (Sheila) Osmond, Carbonear, Gary (Bev) Osmond, Victoria, Paul (Clara) Osmond, Carbonear and John Anthony, Scarbourough, ON; mother-in-law: Linda Shea, AB; sisters-in-law: Laurie Shea, AB and Ruby Squibb, Carbonear.; close family friends: Nicole King, Garrett Butt, Brenda (Joe) Foley and John (Elsie) Norman, Katie and Lloyd Barrett; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. from Calvary Pentecostal Church, Carbonear. Interment in Calvary Pentecostal Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Joe Squibb Memorial Fund.
