PEDDLE, Levita Maud - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Friday, January 4, 2013, Levita Maud Peddle of Harbour Grace South, age 84 years. Predeceased by husband: Robert; son-in-law: Wilson Sheppard; parents: Nathaniel and Caroline (Hounsell) Noel; step-mother: Nellie Noel; brother: William Noel; brother-in-law: Robert Roy. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Elizabeth Sheppard, Harbour Grace South; two sons: Sidney (Beverley), Harbour Grace South and Robert David (Patricia), Lewins Cove; eight grandchildren: Carolyn (Sean), Gregory (Marlene), Michael (Erin), Matthew (Brenda), Kristen (Aaron), Scott (Heather), Elke and Tyler; twelve great-grandchildren: Brayden, Bradley, Helena, Alyssa, Erin, Allyssa, Kyleigh, Jarod, Ella, Leah, Rayne and Raiden; one brother: Albert (Amy) Noel, Grand Falls-Windsor; sisters: Anne (Albert) Peddle, Harbour Grace South, Hazel Roy (Roy Hanninan), Ontario, Lillian (Gary) Cooper, Harbour Grace South and Thelma (Lloyd) Newman, Harbour Grace; sister-in-law: Viola Noel, Harbour Grace South; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace after 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Funeral service to take place on Monday, January 7 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Peter's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace South. Interment in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Peter's or St. Paul's Anglican Church.
