EVELY, Raymond - Passed peacefully away at his residence on Saturday, March 3, 2012, Raymond Evely of Victoria, age 62 years. Predeceased by wife: Phyllis E.; parents: Boyd and Hilda; brother: William. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Marsha R. (Craig) Chippett, Glenwood; one son: Jason (Lisa), Victoria; grandchildren: Madison and Kieran; eight brothers: Joseph, Jim (Dianne) and Gary (Pamela), all of Victoria, Wayne (Daphne) and Darren (Sherry), both of Carbonear, Albert (Daphne), Toronto, ON; Roger (Shelly) and Tony, both of Flatrock, Carbonear, three sisters: Elaine Dion, Victoria, Glennys (Lloyd) Swain and Faye Thoms, both of Carbonear; brothers-in-law: Eben (Mildred) Butt, Calvin (Olive) Butt and Gordon Butt, all of Victoria; Allan Thoms, Carbonear; sisters-in-law: Cynthia (Jim) Clarke, Dorothy (Lloyd) Burgess, Donna (Gary) Penney, Olive Butt, Louise Butt and Emmie Evely, all of Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear with visitation hours by request of the family Monday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Due to stormy weather, the Funeral service will now take place on Thursday, March 8 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Church, Victoria. Interment in the Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, Victoria. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
