CRUMMEY, Ronald W. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, Ronald W. Crummey of Carbonear; formerly of Ochre Pit Cove, age 92 years. Predeceased by 1st wife: Ruth; 2nd wife: Gladys; parents: Lewis and Emily; son-in-law: Melvin and brother: Angus. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Dianne Snow, Carbonear; one son: John Crummey Foote, Toronto, ON; three grandchildren: Wanda (Andrew), Shawn (Roxanne) and Sheri-Lynn (Glen); five great-grandchildren: Nathan, Christopher, Daniel, Katelyn and Madison; one brother: Harold (Evelyn) Crummey, St. John's; niece: Vera (Gordon) Rose, Carbonear; nephew: Melvin (Ida) Crummey, Western Bay; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, August 17 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
